Getting the rib half that likes to counterbalance to push down by removing the other leg. A form of re-centering that weightshifted side that exists in lateral sway.

It takes me more time to find/ feel the stance than it does to do the work. BUT, the feel of parts not moving directly translates to the feel of parts when they do. You notice an absence or a shift from desired/ had (and the opposite). Similalrly, I cannot explain all I am doing in yhe squat as I squat, nor can you see it, but you CAN notice how things go awry in rep three, and how they are corrected in rep four. Timing is so much of everything...
